Airport Highlands is a neighborhood in Birmingham's Airport Hills community, located north of the east end of Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport. It abuts the North East Lake neighborhood across East Lake Boulevard to the south; the Zion City neighborhood across Zion City Road on the east; and Brownsville Heights across Airport Road to the west and 90th Place North on the north.
