Industrial Center is a neighborhood in the Grasselli community of Birmingham. It is adjacent to Lawson State Community College and the industrial activities of Marathon Petroleum, Shell Oil, and Allied Energy. Much of the residential land consists of Birmingham Public Housing (Kimbrough) property.
