Penfield Park

Penfield Park is a small neighborhood in Birmingham's Airport Hills community, north of Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport between Airport Road, Lawson Road, Marshall Avenue and Tarrant-Huffman Road. The neighborhood is made up mainly of houses in the Penfield Heights subdivision. Rosalyn Heights was annexed into Birmingham in 1964 and the rest of the neighborhood was annexed along with the larger Airport Hills area in 1977. It abuts the Zion City and Brownsville Heights neighborhoods to the south, Brummitt Heights and Pine Knoll Vista to the west, Maple Grove to the north, and Roebuck to the east.
